Deccan Deal operates as an "Intermediary" under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide a platform for users to discover each other. We do not own, sell, or verify the items listed.

Using the platform does not create any partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between the User and Deccan Deal.

The ₹99 Registration Fee is a one-time administrative charge for identity auditing. This is NOT a subscription or a payment for items.

Fees are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable laws and platform policies., including:

• Account rejection during manual audit.
• Account suspension due to user misconduct or fraud.
• User's decision to stop using the platform.
• Technical errors caused by the user's internet service.

Users are strictly prohibited from listing the following. Violation results in Immediate Permanent Ban without refund:

• Weapons, Explosives, and Firearms.
• Narcotics, Drugs, and Psychotropic substances.
• Stolen properties or vehicles without valid RC.
• Adult content, Escort services, or Human Trafficking.
• Counterfeit currency or Fake documents.

Using fake names, stolen profile pictures, or someone else's phone number is a criminal offense under Section 66C of the IT Act. We will report such profiles to the Cyber Cell.

We may collect basic user information such as name, phone number, email address, and usage data to provide and improve our services.

The collected data is used to operate the platform, improve user experience, prevent fraud, and ensure platform security.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us.
